- Who gets it?
- Anyone contracted for 15 hours a week or more who worked every contracted day of the week (Labour Standards Act, arts. 55 and 18).
- How is it worked out?
- (Weekly hours ÷ 40) × 8 × the hourly wage, at most 8 hours’ pay.
- Is this professional advice?
- No, it is a calculator. Contracts, collective agreements and individual circumstances can change the figures.
