How it works
- Choose the envelope: Naga 3 for A4 folded in three, Kaku 2 for A4 flat.
- Paste the addresses: postcode, address and name on each line, separated by commas or tabs.
- Choose 様 for a person or 御中 for a company, and add your own address, printed at the bottom left.
- Download the PDF and print it with the envelope in the envelope slot.
Frequently asked questions
- Where does the postcode go?
- In the seven red boxes printed on Japanese envelopes; the digits are placed at Japan Post’s positions. On a plain envelope, turn on the boxes.
- Why are the numbers in kanji?
- Vertical addresses are traditionally written with kanji numbers (一ー九ー一). Choose digits if you prefer.
- Is my list uploaded?
- No. The PDF is made in your browser.
