Frequently asked questions
- How is kıdem worked out?
- 30 days of the wage with its regular extras for each year of service, pro rata, the wage capped at the ceiling for the half-year the job ends in (Law 1475, art. 14).
- Is it taxed?
- Only stamp duty of 0.759 %; no income tax or social security.
- Is this professional advice?
- No, it is a calculator. Contracts, collective agreements and individual circumstances can change the figures.
