How it works
- Type each day as start-end, such as 9:00-17:30, one day per line.
- Add the break after it, such as break 0:45 or break 45m.
- Each line shows the hours worked, and the total appears at the end, in decimal hours as well.
Frequently asked questions
- What about a shift past midnight?
- Type it as it is, such as 22:00-6:00: an end before the start is taken to be the next day.
- Why decimal hours?
- Payroll multiplies hours by an hourly rate, and 7 hours 45 minutes is 7.75 hours, not 7.45.
- Is anything sent anywhere?
- No. It is worked out in your browser.
